Products from our Last Chance section are final sale and cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective. For all other products, we gladly accept unused items on TOTAL NUTRICARE.com. We can not accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. If a set is being returned, all products in the set must be returned.Merchandise purchased on TOTAL NUTRICARE.com must be returned within 30 days of the date on the Packing List. To initiate a refund, contact Customer Service via email at concierge@Total NutriCare.com to provide us with your order number. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items purchased outside the United States are not eligible for returns.
