    All formulas are created in dedicated USA Laboratories.
  • How long can I keep a product once I’ve opened it?
    It generally varies from 6 months to 24 months.

    Delivery times often vary. If you have any problems or do not receive your order by the date specified, please contact our customer service center at concierge@Total NutriCare.com from 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
  • What payment methods are offered? (copy)
    We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express and payments via PayPal. Your bank details are encrypted and are never known or stored by TOTAL NUTRICARE USA. Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

    At this time we do not ship to locations outside the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • What do you charge for shipping? (copy)
    We offer free standard ground shipping via FedEx on orders of $199+. Visit our Shipping page for more shipping method information.
  • How can I cancel my order? (copy)
    We’re sorry but at this time we cannot cancel an order once you submit the order at checkout.
  • How am I able to track my order? (copy)
    When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Tracking is then accessible on the carrier's website the day after your package has been shipped. You can also visit ‘My Account’ to follow your order.
  • How do I know if my order has been processed? (copy)
    When your order and payment are authorized, we send a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, your order may not have been received.
  • Do you charge a sales tax on orders? (copy)
    We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington. Sales tax will be calculated on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.

    A refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to place the initial order. You will be refunded the cost of the returned product(s) and when the return is received and processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.

    We gladly accept any unused items purchased on www.TOTAL NUTRICARE.com. We cannot accept items that have been opened unless you received the product damaged or defective. For more information, visit our Return Policy section of the website.

    You can place an order without registering, however, having a personal account allows you to track your orders and review your order history. You will save time when placing future orders by not having to re-enter your basic details.

    If payment is declined, please contact your bank or credit card company first. Authorization is between our banking provider and your financial institution.
